Civilian voters must request an absentee ballot by mail for the May 14, 2024 Second Federal Primary Election by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. To do so, voters should complete an absentee ballot request form and mail or return the form in person to their county board of elections. Absentee ballot requests may also be submitted through the absentee portal by 5 p.m.
