Planning and Development
The Planning and Development Department consists of several sections that work closely together to address the many aspects of land development and to facilitate the planned and orderly growth of the County through comprehensive land use controls and collectively promoting orderly and prudent community growth, while sustaining healthy business climates within the County’s incorporated and unincorporated areas.
