Jason Jones is the assistant county manager for Quality Government working directly with budget & management services, facilities & property management, finance, fleet services, human resources, information technology, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and risk management. Jones has more than 11 years of experience in city and county government in North Carolina, serving in both the human resources and budget departments with the City of Salisbury and Guilford County. In addition, he has nearly three years of experience in the private sector in both general management and multi-party data integration.
Jones has worked on a variety of projects touching strategic planning, data operationalization, continuous improvement, community partnerships, and leadership development. Jones additionally has direct experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data governance, strategic decision making, human-centered design, and business systems analysis. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University.
