Guilford County Parks will host three upcoming hiring events in preparation for a busy summer season. The Parks Department is currently looking to fill several part-time positions across multiple parks locations, including Bur-Mil Park in Greensboro, Gibson Park in High Point, Hagan-Stone Park in Pleasant Garden, Northeast Park in Gibsonville, and Southwest Park in Greensboro.
The starting hourly rate for part-time positions is $15 an hour. Positions include parks attendants, cashiers, event hosts, lifeguards, and pool managers. Applicants as young as 15 years old are encouraged to apply for lifeguard positions. Guilford County Parks provides free American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification and CPR/AED training for those hired as lifeguards and pool managers.
On-site interviews will take place at 201 W. Market St., 3rd Floor, Greensboro, NC 27401:
- Tuesday, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Saturday, March 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
