The Bur-Mil Clubhouse Meeting and Events Center provides an ideal setting for social or corporate events. From weddings and baby showers to work retreats and luncheons, this facility offers the right accommodations and scenic backdrop to make any occasion memorable.

Bur-Mil Clubhouse Rooms

This space is the largest single room in the clubhouse. The beautiful bay windows offer a panoramic view of the park, including the large outdoor terrace and pergola. Special features include complimentary up-lighting, adjustable chandelier, spotlighting, and in-house audio visual equipment. Adjoining rooms can be combined with this space to accommodate additional guests and/or displays. These options make the Banquet Room a great choice for larger events such as wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, workshops, and company meetings/seminars.

The Oak Room is an ideal addition for larger events held in the Banquet or Lake Rooms. Frequently used for food, beverage, and bar displays, it can also accommodate a dance floor or additional guest tables. Due to its compact size and location, the Oak Room is not available for individual reservations. It is located between the Lake and Banquet Rooms.

The Banquet Room is commonly paired with the Triple Crown Room to create one large space, accommodating up to 216 guests in a banquet-style setting. The Triple Crown Room serves as an excellent break-out area or gathering space for smaller groups.

The Lake Room is a mid-size gathering space that features slate flooring, vaulted wood beam ceilings, and large open windows, creating an outdoor-inspired atmosphere. With convenient access to the Banquet and Oak Rooms, as well as the outside terrace, it is an ideal choice for cocktail hours, wedding ceremonies, birthday parties, and more.

The Porch is an enclosed, screened-in area, complete with five (5) large white picnic tables (seats 12 each) and 12 large white rocking chairs. The wonderful sounds of nature, in addition to the small terrace and abundance of open field space, make this spring and fall favorite an excellent setting for indoor picnics, family reunions, kids’ birthday parties, and informal business gatherings. For additional indoor shelter space, the Porch can be combined with the Guilford Room, Cedar Room, or Lake Room to provide a place for break-out areas, food displays, and more.

Tucked away in a quiet back corner of the clubhouse, the Cedar Room is the second largest event space. Guests can enjoy traditional aesthetics including tile flooring, brick walls, and brown columns. This space is often combined with the screened porch, providing guests with both an indoor and outdoor experience.

Bur-Mil Park The Terrace

The 5,000-square-foot terrace provides a stunning panoramic view of the park's back end. With a seating capacity of 200 and an existing traditional wooden pergola, the terrace is the ideal setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies, corporate picnics, family reunions, and graduation celebrations.

The Training Room features bright lighting, warm carpeting, and brown columns, offering a welcoming atmosphere. This smaller event space is ideal for corporate events such as business meetings, trainings, and seminars, as well as social gatherings like birthday parties, baby showers, and bridal showers. It is also included in the wedding package as a bridal suite.

The Guilford Room offers a warmer more intimate setting, with woven carpet, modern light features, and sloped wood ceilings. Its direct access to the screened porch provides a nice option for break-out spaces, food and beverage displays, and team-building activities. The room can also serve as a groomsmen's suite for weddings.
