The following are document submission requirements. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in the application being returned without review.

  • Documents must be properly oriented and legible when uploaded
  • Multi-page documents/plan sets for review (e.g., construction plans) must be submitted as a single file, in PDF file format. Remove all securities, print/flatten PDF to remove all PDF comments, including removal of AutoCAD SHX Text. Refer to individual department websites for more specific plan requirements
  • Make sure to use the correct file category when uploading
