Residents Invited to Drive-Thru and Drop Off Spring Recycling Event on April 25

Items accepted at the April 25 Spring Cleanup event including appliances, electronics, scrap tires, cardboard, and personal documents for shredding.

Guilford County invites all county residents to participate in the Spring Recycling Event on Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to noon, at Eastern Guilford Middle School, 435 Peeden Drive, Gibsonville, NC. The event will also feature a Medication Take-Back station hosted by the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) and a Food Drive hosted by A Simple Gesture.

Staff investigates and addresses illegal burning and illegal dumping, oversees cleanups, performs landfill inspections, promotes recycling education and opportunities, as well as researches and provides options for future solid waste needs.
