Technical Review Committee

The Technical Review Committee is composed of Planning and Development Staff and other representatives from Guilford County Fire Marshal’s office and NCDOT. The committee is responsible for the review and presentation of site plans and subdivision plats for compliance with the County Development Ordinance. The committee also hears appeals from denied minor subdivisions.

Meetings

The Technical Review Committee normally meets the first and third Tuesday of the month at 1:30 P.M. in the 5th Floor Conference Room, Independence Center, 400 W. Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. Please refer to the Meeting Schedule for specific dates.
