- The Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, has been cancelled for lack of regular meeting business.
- Guilford County Elections will participate in the statewide recount. The recount only involves the one judicial race contest for the NC Supreme Court Associate Justice Seat 06. The process will begin on Thursday, November 21, in Room L12* at 11:00 a.m. Details on attendance options for this date and time can be reviewed on this notice.

Bob Shaw refers to the meeting room located on the 2nd floor of the Old Guilford County Courthouse, 301 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC.
Carolyn Q. Coleman (or Coleman) Conference Room refers to the conference room located on the first floor of the Old Guilford County Courthouse, 301 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC. This room was formerly known as the Blue Room.
McAdoo Room refers to the meeting room located on the 3rd floor of the Truist Building (former BB&T), 201 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC.
Room L12 refers to the space located in the lower ground level of the Guilford County Courthouse, 201 S. Eugene St., Greensboro, NC. (Important note: standard courthouse security entrance rules apply to this location. Use courthouse entrance or go to our office at 301 W. Market Street and ask if escort is available to walk attendees to meeting space.)
