Applies to Military and Overseas Voting

The deadline for individuals eligible under UOCAVA to register to vote and/or request an absentee ballot is 5:00 p.m. on the day before Election Day.

The deadline to return military and overseas ballots for the October 5, 2021 Municipal Primary Elections is the close of polls on Election Day (7:30 p.m. EST). If the ballot is received after the deadline, it will not be timely, unless the ballot is transmitted by 12:01 a.m. on the day of the election (voter time) and the county board receive the ballot by the last business day before the county canvass.
