Guilford County Animal Services and Guilford County Parks are once again hosting the Must Love Dogs Spring Festival event on Sunday, April 14. This time, the event will be held at Northeast Park in Gibsonville.

The festival will host a variety of fun activities for dogs and children, along with vendors selling products and treats for dogs, with proceeds going to GCAS’s Have a Heart program. That initiative helps adopters with the costs associated with treating heartworm positive dogs from the Resource Center. Staff from GCAS will be on hand at the festival to educate dog owners about the high heartworm risks here in North Carolina and prevention.
