Do you know someone who will be 100 years of age or older this year? Guilford County needs your help to identify Guilford centenarians — people who have lived for 100 or more years.

To request a certificate of recognition for the centenarian in your life, please click here and email the name of recipient and their birthdate.  We must receive your request at least 45 days in advance of the honoree’s birthday.
