1. What is the date and time of the event?
The Bur-Mil Fall Fest will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

2. Where is the event taking place?
The festival will be held at Bur-Mil Park, 5834 Bur-Mil Club Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410. 

3. Is there an admission fee?
Admission to the Bur-Mil Fall Fest is free for attendees and many activities like the hayrides are free. However, please note that some vendors may charge fees for activities like face painting.

4. What activities will be available at the festival?
The event will feature hayrides, face painting, music, seasonal treats, craft vendors, and various games and activities for all ages.

6. How can I apply to be a vendor, and what are the fees?
To apply as a vendor, complete the application form and submit it by Friday, September 27, 2024. Fees are as follows:

• Inside Vendor: $40.00
• Outside Vendor: $30.00
• Food Vendor: $150.00 (NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS, ALL SPOTS FULL).

7. Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

8. Is there alcohol at the Fest?
No, alcohol is not sold or permitted at the Bur-Mil Fall Fest. 

9. What if it rains?
The event will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.

10. Can I bring my dogs to the festival?
Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome at the festival. Please ensure your pets are comfortable and safe around crowds. 

11. Can I tour the event center?
Yes!  Join us inside the Bur-Mil Park Event Center for a unique showcase celebrating 20 years of Fall Fest fun! This year, we're featuring 1222 Events, a premier event planning and design company, to inspire your next gathering. The Bur-Mil Park Event Center Coordinator will be available to answer questions.

Mercedes Florence, owner of 1222 Events LLC, takes full advantage of genuinely connecting and building relationships with local event planners and vendors. Her love for design, attention to detail and her unmatched organization skills allow her to create unique one-of-a-kind events that are memorable for each and every client
