Southwest Park is a 513 acre property owned and operated by Guilford County in conjunction with Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority. Visitors to Southwest Park are able to choose from a wide variety of outdoor experiences to enjoy.
Our hiking trails, dog park, picnic shelters, playgrounds and open space afford people of all ages and interests the opportunity to participate in both active and passive recreation. On a visit to Southwest Park you will notice the grass is naturally higher and plants are not cut way back. You will also observe an abundance of bird houses and bird feeders. It is our intention to create a natural habitat along with our recreation facilities in an effort to educate visitors on native animal and plant survival. Randleman Regional Reservoir offer miles and miles of open water for use by boaters and fishermen alike. Bring your own craft or rent one from us. Click here for kayak and jon boat rental prices.
