On June 7, 2012, the Guilford County Board of Commissioners approved the Fiscal Year 2013 budget which includes a planning fee which goes into effect on July 1st, 2012 for facilities that must have their emergency plans reviewed to be in compliance with the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR). This fee schedule is applicable to any entity that is required to file a plan.  The fee assessed is based on the number of clients and the type of program.  This fee will assist in ensuring Guilford County is prepared to assist your company in preparing for and responding to emergencies.
