It is the responsibility of the HRMS Division to:
- Ensure the accuracy and maintain the integrity of Human Resources and timekeeping systems.
- Train County staff on timekeeping and personnel processes.
- Review and validate associated data.
- Monitor the systems to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, laws, policies and procedures.
- Provide legally required reports in a timely manner in compliance with various federal, state and local mandates.
