The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) works to both end and prevent homelessness. Following are resources for individuals and families who are literally homeless, in danger of losing their shelter, or who are experiencing a situation that could lead to homelessness.

If you are experiencing homelessness in Guilford County, North Carolina, your first point of contact should be Coordinated Entry. You can reach Coordinated Entry by calling (336) 553-2716 or by emailing coordinatedentry@partnersendinghomelessness.org.

Coordinated Entry is the starting point for the Intake process and is the first step toward receiving services. The Coordinated Entry and Coordinated Intake processes are changing homelessness from a destination to a process. (Note: When you contact Coordinated Entry, you will be asked questions to determine the best resources for your situation.)
