The NC-504 FY 2021 HUD CoC Grant Collaborative Application is available for review and feedback. Please review the attached documents and provide any feedback to info@partnersendinghomelessness.org by Thursday, November 11 at 5:00 PM.

The final version of the Collaborative Application will be submitted to HUD by November 15, 2021. The approved list of the New and Renewal Applications that were approved, reduced, or rejected were posted on the Guilford CoC website on October 22.
