The 2019 HUD CoC NOFA (Notice of Funding Availability) opened on July 3, 2019 and is now available in ESNAPS.  Your Guilford County CoC System Performance and Evaluation Committee (SPEC) and Board of Directors along with the Partners Ending Homelessness staff have have been working diligently to ensure a smooth, effective funding process this year.
