There are a variety of ways that you can support the Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) and the CoC member agencies as they work to prevent and end homelessness in Guilford County.

Partners Ending Homelessness participates in weekly outreach opportunities at the High Point Library where they offer housing assessments, case management, and referrals to people experiencing homelessness.
