From Wendover Avenue, take the Yanceyville Street Exit North.
Turn right onto Meadow Street. Proceed to the stop sign.
Turn right onto Maple Street.
The Department of Public Health building is on the corner of Maple and Meadow.

From the east take I-40 to the Lee Street Exit. Take the 29 North Exit then exit on Wendover West. Turn left onto Lindsay Street. Go to the first stoplight and turn right onto Bessemer Avenue. Turn right onto Westside Drive.

From the west take I-40 to the 29 North Exit then exit on Wendover West. Turn left onto Lindsay Street. Go to the first stoplight and turn right onto Bessemer Avenue. Turn right onto Westside Drive.

From I-85 Business, take Highway 311 (Main Street) exit north toward downtown High Point.  Turn right onto Commerce Street.  Turn right onto Centennial Street.  The Department of Public Health is on the left.

(Green Drive is one way at Main Street and you cannot turn right!  You have to go one more block to Commerce.)

Environmental Health – Water Quality Services and Health Hazards (HERA)

From I-40/85 take the Elm-Eugene Street Exit toward downtown Greensboro.
When Elm-Eugene splits, stay on Eugene Street.  Continue into the downtown area.  Guilford County Courthouse will be on the right.  Cross over Market Street. 400 W. Market is immediately on your left.  Enter the parking lot here.

Water Quality and HERA are located inside on the 3rd floor. 

Chandler Dental Clinic

The Chandler Dental Clinic is located on the corner of West Friendly Avenue and N. Tate Street.  From the east, take Wendover Avenue West.  Exit on Market Street.  Turn left on Market Street and proceed into downtown.  Turn left on Tate Street.  The dental clinic will be on your left.  Go to the stop sign at Friendly Avenue.  Turn left in front of the clinic and then immediately left into the parking lot.

From the west, take Wendover Avenue East.  Exit on Market Street.  Turn right on Market Street and proceed into downtown.  Turn left on Tate Street.  The dental clinic will be on your left.  Go to the stop sign at Friendly Avenue.  Turn left in front of the clinic and then immediately left into the parking lot.
