Year Around or Seasonal Swimming Pools
All pools are required to comply with the federal Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act. The State of North Carolina provides guidance for complying with this Federal legislation.
The pool application has changed. Please take the time to fill it out correctly and make sure to include all of the required supporting documentation. Incorrect and/or incomplete applications will result in a delay of your permit.
At the end of October of each year, your seasonal permit expires. Download our Seasonal Pool Letter and Application. Return the application along with the fee and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
