Every Baby Guilford is centering the community with radically inclusive engagement to collectively create equitable solutions.  We are doing so with purposeful engagement through the following interventions:

• Coordinating the advisory and action teams to co-lead the progress toward completing agreed upon activities.
• Co-designing a Community "Checklist" that is developed, shared, and promotes self-advocacy. Building trust between patients and providers.
• Implementing Community Storytelling Projects that engage parents, families, and community (leverage existing groups through partnerships) to amplify the experiences of community members, create collaborative solutions, and drive health improvements.
• Implementing Community Circles/Groups (including parents, family members, and leverage existing groups through partnerships) to create a space for the community to support families, strengthen connections, share learnings, and action planning/advocacy.
