The Special Projects Division consists of numerous, fluctuating projects for the department, which may consist of renovation, retrofits, implementation of new programs, research and development, planning, statistical projections. The Special Projects Commander recommends options to the county for future planning for the entire criminal justice system. This firm will assess spacing needs for the courts, court ordered alternative programs, spacing & programs for the pretrial detention facilities, site recommendations, and many other concerns.
