5:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2022 is the civilian absentee ballot return deadline and Election Day for the November 2022 General Election. Please note:
- If an absentee ballot arrives at the local county board of elections office after 5 p.m., the ballot will be counted only if it is postmarked on or before Election Day.
- The voter's local county board of elections office must receive the absentee ballot, postmarked on or before Election Day, no later than 5 p.m. Friday, November 11, 2022.
- Absentee ballots without a postmark must be received by Election Day (General, November 8, 2022).
- A voter may return their ballot to an early voting site in their local county during the early voting period, but NOT to any polling place on Election Day.
- A voter may return their ballot in person to the local county board of elections office by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
