Civilian voters must request an absentee ballot by mail for the November 5, 2024 Federal General Election by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Absentee ballot requests may be submitted through the Online Absentee Ballot Request Portal up until the 5 p.m. deadline.
Individuals may also request an absentee ballot by completing an Absentee Ballot Request Form; however, on or close to the October 29 5:00 p.m. deadline, this form should be submitted in person at our one of our office locations in Greensboro or High Point.
