Developing a systems approach to change is the only way Guilford County will make a dramatic impact for reducing infant mortality and eliminating the immense disparities.  This takes a radically inclusive approach for diverse sectors of organizations coming together to learn about solutions to drive the necessary change. 

Guilford County’s systems of business, health care, education, housing, transportation, nonprofit, financial, and government organizations have the power to address our community’s challenges such as infant mortality reduction through employee education, and policy change.
