Residents can observe police operations on a first-hand basis through participation as a passenger / observer in a marked police vehicle. To ride-along you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Not have any significant criminal history or have been convicted of a felony
• Possess a valid driver's license or state issued identification
• Request to ride -along at least one day in advance (minimum of 24 hours notice)
• Dress appropriately - casual dress suggested (Shorts and T-Shirts not permitted)
